I started this art journey by just following my soul. I had denied my soul it’s free expression by choices I made, and it was time for me to show respect, trust, and honor. I have since learned more about energy, as well as my sensitivity to it. We are all sensitive to it, but our culture has us forced into avoiding most of what we feel. It is also confusing that we are taught to believe it if we see it, when there is so much reality that we can’t see and that science has proven is real. A few examples would be gravity, wind, the sun’s heat. We know it’s there, as we see the evidence of it being there and we can feel it. We are sentient beings that are meant to trust what we feel, even if we can’t see it. We are meant to trust the evidence of our intuition. How many times have you looked back on something and realized that you knew it was going to turn out the way it did? It’s as if the universe shows us the evidence of our choices, and reminds us that we knew better. I call these moments validation of growth. We, as humans, are always growing, changing, and learning. Once we know better, we should do better, because if we don’t then we flunk and have to learn the lesson again. I have been enjoying my experiences with making my art, even though some have been a bit shocking, literally. I can feel the different energies in the combinations of the stones, and when they are all connected to the stick with a conductive wire, the energies can be quite intense. I could feel right from the start that my art has energy for metaphysical growth. I have also recently learned of this old gardening trick called electroculture. I have researched the history and evidence as well as read current stories (with pictures) that prove it works for plant growth. I feel like I had a little Nikola Tesla moment and it all began to make sense in a way that I could explain it without sounding “cookoo for cocoapuffs” to those who don’t understand any of it (like I didn’t not long ago). I will now be creating garden stakes with copper wire, as copper wire is now ok for me to use going forward. If you have followed my story, I was told to only use brass in the beginning. I think brass was a warmup for me, like the softer first step into the realm of energy transfer in this way. The copper is much more intense! About the garden stakes, they will pull energy from our sky and put that amazing energy into your food and flowers. My art will do the same thing for you, if you allow yourself to feel and believe in a force of nature that you can’t see. Everything is always just energy in motion, and we can harness that as human beings, just like our flowers, our fruits, and the trees. Ever notice that everything grows upwards? Because that’s where the love energy lives. It’s FREE and flowing! Never stop learning and growing, it’s what this life is all about. Enjoy every bit of the experience until it becomes our turn to level up, and feeel the love!
